No. The Saros 20 automatically lifts or detaches the mop when it detects carpets or switches to vacuum-only modes. This keeps carpets dry while still boosting suction for deeper carpet cleaning.
How much maintenance do I really need to do myself?
Very little. The dock automatically empties dust, washes the mop with hot water, dries it, and refills water. You’ll mainly just top up detergent, empty the dirty water tank occasionally, and do basic checks over time.
Can it handle homes with pets and lots of pet hair?
