Warranty is automatically activated when a product is shipped to the buyer. warranty covers major electronic components and the motor.


It DOES NOT cover:
- Any damages due to human mistake, misuse or misconduct
- Scratches, dent marks, or any other mechanical mark on product
- Degradation of battery
- Consumable parts such as fluffy brush, HEPA filter, roller wheels, dust cup, which are subjected to wear and tear
- Only Use in house brand detergent otherwise warranty will be void 
For warranty service, you are hereby agree to that.
1. The Buyer is responsible for the warranty returning fee.
2. Following an Engineer’s inspection any faulty components will be replaced with brand new components.
3. Once the product is unboxed and used, returns or refunds are not permitted due to warranty activation and hygiene considerations.


How to claim the warranty
